The nights are drawing in and in a couple of months Christmas party season will be upon us. But do not fear, there is an event on the horizon to alleviate the crushing awkwardness of even the most soggy-canopé-laden-sleazy-coworker-dodging-drunken-embarrassment-denying work party. Yes, it’s the inaugural Spin London Christmas show. But what’s even better is that it doesn’t just have bicycles, it has coffee, and a heated winter beer garden which also means it has beer!

Flushed from the success of their three day summer event, which saw 5,000 people come through the doors, Spin is teaming up with the London Coffee Festival and a selection of simply awesome bicycle, fashion and component brands. Meanwhile, the best the coffee world has to offer will be complemented by live DJ’s, affordable art, craft beer and food in the heated winter beer garden.

Unlike other mainstream bike trade shows, Spin London claims to sharpen the focus on the urban cycling scene by embracing the most progressive, forward thinking international brands and smaller independent makers in fixed gear, single speed and custom bikes. And when they say “progressive and forward thinking” they mean us!

So come down and say hello, the Yard in Shoreditch will play host to this debut event on the last weekend of November. Admission will be free via pre-registered tickets.

8ballbikes will have a selection of bicycles from its Author collection on display, and we should have some individual components on offer too, from brass bells to leather saddles by way of handmade wooden mudguards.

If the tides are kind and our ship gets in on time we should also have some fancy new frames to show off. They are really classy.

So save the date and book a ticket to come see bicycles, savour coffee and drink craft beer.
